Fire Sprinkler Consultants, Inc. (FSC, Inc.), incorporated as an independent company offering Fire Protection Services
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Services were added, the firm changed its name to FSC, Inc.
FSC, Inc. Added a Code & Life Safety Division. MEP Division and FMS Engineers merged, forming the first subsidiary FSC MEP Engineers, LLC
FSC, Inc. started operations in India by establishing FSC Engineers, Pvt Ltd and opened an office in Bhopal, M.P.
FSC, Inc. added a new subsidiary by becoming partners with Bredson+Associates, Inc.
2008, FSC, Inc. established a new subsidiary in India, FSC Consulting Services, Pvt Ltd
2015, Tier IV Consulting Group joins FSC MEP Engineers, LLC
2019, FSC, Inc. added a new subsidiary, Preferred Building Solutions, LLC (PBS) to owner’s representative services
