Plan Reviews: FSC reviews design and construction documents for compliance with building, life-safety, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, and plumbing codes. In this capacity, we interpret codes, regulations and standards, and approve equipment, assemblies, and materials.
Meetings: FSC meets with designers-of-record and contractors to provide constructive feedback on designs that do not meet the letter of the code in order to accelerate the approval process.
